Job Summary

Manager/Sr Manager of Accounts & Finance will be responsible for leading and managing all financial, accounting, taxation, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and internal control functions of Arham Agrovet Ltd. The role ensures financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, effective cash flow management, accurate financial reporting, and strategic financial planning to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial and management reports to the Board and senior management.

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities.

• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.

• Ensure effective cost control and resource allocation.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Supervise general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed asset management.

• Review and approve accounting transactions and reconciliations.

• Monitor and manage company cash flow and working capital requirements.

• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Manage banking facilities, loans, L/Cs, bank guarantees, and financing arrangements.

• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including VAT, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Lead annual statutory audits and internal audits.

• Ensure timely resolution of audit observations and recommendations.

• Coordinate with auditors to facilitate efficient audit processes.

• Monitor inventory valuation and cost accounting processes.

• Analyze product profitability and operational costs.

• Support inventory control measures and stock reconciliation activities.
