কৃষিকাজ-সংক্রান্ত সব ধরনের হিসাব ও নথিপত্র সংরক্ষণ করা এবং বার্ষিক, মাসিক ও সাপ্তাহিক প্রতিবেদন প্রস্তুত করা। ফার্মের সকল কাজর্কম পরিদর্শন করা ও সকল ধরণের সমস্যা সমাধান করা। ফার্মের কাজকর্ম সুষ্ঠভাবে পরিচালনার জন্য সকল প্রকার প্রয়োজনীয়তা সময়মতো মিটানো। ও ফার্মের সকলদিকে সমান ভাবে খেয়াল রাখা।
