Job Responsibilities:

• Operate slaughterhouse equipment and assist in meat processing operations.

• Handle carcasses and meat products according to hygiene and quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of the processing area and equipment.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and occupational health and safety procedures.

• Support daily production activities to achieve operational targets.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an abattoir, meat processing plant, or food production facility is preferred.

• Familiarity with slaughterhouse operations and processing equipment is an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.

• Team player with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
