Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee daily after-sales service operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, service quality, and network expansion for routine maintenance, periodic servicing, and major repairs.

  • Monitor, develop, and strengthen the nationwide service and spare parts network to provide effective technical support and resolve complex machinery-related issues.

  • Plan and conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing programs for dealers, retailers, customers, channel partners, service personnel, and internal teams. Develop training materials to improve product knowledge and service capabilities.

  • Design, establish, and expand Authorized Service Centers (ASC), Workshops, Parts Centers, and Agri Machinery 3S Centers across the country.

  • Source high-quality agricultural machinery spare parts from reliable local suppliers while ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Develop and manage service-related promotional activities, including product demonstrations, service camps, Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), product installations, and other after-sales service initiatives while maintaining consistent brand standards.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team to maximize productivity, operational efficiency, and business profitability.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to address product quality concerns, warranty claims, critical service issues, service marketing campaigns, and product promotion activities.

  • Analyze and optimize the supply chain and value chain of agricultural machinery and related byproducts, working closely with logistics teams to ensure timely product and spare parts availability.

  • Manage the complete after-sales service lifecycle, ensuring timely, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, dealers, suppliers, service partners, and other key stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and business growth.

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
