Oversee daily after-sales service operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, service quality, and network expansion for routine maintenance, periodic servicing, and major repairs.
Monitor, develop, and strengthen the nationwide service and spare parts network to provide effective technical support and resolve complex machinery-related issues.
Plan and conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing programs for dealers, retailers, customers, channel partners, service personnel, and internal teams. Develop training materials to improve product knowledge and service capabilities.
Design, establish, and expand Authorized Service Centers (ASC), Workshops, Parts Centers, and Agri Machinery 3S Centers across the country.
Source high-quality agricultural machinery spare parts from reliable local suppliers while ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Develop and manage service-related promotional activities, including product demonstrations, service camps, Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), product installations, and other after-sales service initiatives while maintaining consistent brand standards.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team to maximize productivity, operational efficiency, and business profitability.
Coordinate cross-functionally to address product quality concerns, warranty claims, critical service issues, service marketing campaigns, and product promotion activities.
Analyze and optimize the supply chain and value chain of agricultural machinery and related byproducts, working closely with logistics teams to ensure timely product and spare parts availability.
Manage the complete after-sales service lifecycle, ensuring timely, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, dealers, suppliers, service partners, and other key stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and business growth.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
