• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry

• At least 2 years

• Age At least 25 years

• Sound knowledge of layer farm management and poultry production.

• Understanding of biosecurity, vaccination, and disease prevention practices.

• Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

• Supervise daily production activities in the assigned poultry shed to ensure smooth farm operations.

• Monitor bird health, production performance, feed and water consumption, egg production, and mortality.

• Ensure proper implementation of biosecurity measures, hygiene standards, and farm SOPs.

• Coordinate with Feed, Maintenance, and Farm Management teams to ensure uninterrupted farm operations.

• Monitor environmental conditions, including temperature, ventilation, lighting, and humidity, to maintain optimum flock performance.

• Maintain daily production records, flock performance reports, and inventory records of farm consumables.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and other farm resources.

• Monitor vaccination, medication, and flock management activities as per farm schedules.

• Identify operational issues and take corrective actions to improve productivity.

• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping within the farm premises, and perform any additional duties assigned by management.
