Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Oversee daily veterinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of medical, surgical, and diagnostic care.

• Team Management: Guide, mentor, and supervise associate veterinarians, vet assistants, and nursing staff.

• Patient Care: Perform advanced surgeries, complex medical diagnoses, and emergency interventions when required.

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Establish and maintain strict clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and ethical treatment guidelines across the clinic.

• Client Relations: Address complex medical inquiries from pet parents, ensuring empathetic, clear, and professional communication.

• Equipment & Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with management to maintain essential medical equipment, surgical tools, and pharmaceuticals inventory.
  
  
  Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from a recognized institution (having an active registration/license is mandatory).

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in small animal practice/companion animal medicine.

    
    Skills:

    • Proven expertise in soft-tissue surgery, internal medicine, and emergency care.

    • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution abilities.

    • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

    • Passionate about animal welfare and dedicated to exceptional client service.
