Responsibilities & Context:
• Implementing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Ensuring the quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Following established standards (SOP) and quality criteria.
• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies in the factory.
• Ensuring the safe storage and use of chemicals.
• Preventing accidents and being prepared to handle emergency situations.
• Supervising the work of officers and workers.
• Supervising the stock of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Ensuring compliance with government laws, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Supervising the maintenance of necessary registers, licenses, and records.
• Performing any other duties as required by management.
