• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Diploma in Agriculture

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Must have motorcycle skills and driving license.

Pheromone Industries Ltd is a growing Agriculture based company. Of this company marketing seeds, biochemical, fertilizers and aqua Products all over the country & working to build prosperous farmers and healthy developed nation.

Responsibilities and Duties of Marketing Officer:

• Maintaining regular contact and relationship with customers and dealers.

• Create a strong data base of customers and dealer.

• Executing the company`s sales activities, plans and procedures.

• Submit various report to your boss.

• Contribute in the implementation of Marketing strategies.

• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

• Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.

• Assist marketing team to improve product promotion meetings, demos, farmer visits, field visits and market

• systems.

• Attend monthly meetings.

• Achievement of Sells targets and set a new target as well.

• Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique.

• Any other activities as and when required by the management.

• Two festival bonus, Traveling allowance, daily allowance, Mobile bill, incentive etc. (According to company policy).
