Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining regular contact and relationship with customers and dealers.
∎ Create a strong data base of customers and dealer.
∎ Executing the company's sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Submit various report to your boss.
∎ Contribute in the implementation of Marketing strategies.
∎ Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
∎ Assist marketing team to improve product promotion meetings, demos, farmer visits, field visits and market systems.
∎ Attend monthly meetings.
∎ Achievement of Sells targets and set a new target as well.
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have computer skills (MS Word and Excel).
∎ Must have motorcycle skills and driving license.

Seeds are an important ingredient in agricultural production. That is why our company start to work with hybrid vegetable seeds in 2018. In the meantime, we have started marketing 16 hybrid and high yielding varieties of vegetables and jute seeds. In the current market, our company has created a huge demand for seeds. A research and development center has been set up at Thakurgaon for breed development and seed production. The research and development center operates under the supervision of experienced agronomists.
To protect the health of Soil, our company is marketing four high quality fertilizers. Which are playing a major role in improved crop production. Moreover, our country is playing an important role in the production of fisheries. Our company is marketing several products to enhance fish production.
Our company organizes Farmer’s Training, field day, demo set up dealer and retailer training with new technologies at various times to market these products as well as enhance the efficiency of the farmers development of the country.
