Remi Farms Ltd, a sister concern of Bitopi Group, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Manager - Farm Operations at our facility in Trishal, Mymensingh.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the business towards achieving profit targets and overall business goals.

• Apply in-depth knowledge in fisheries to manage and maintain pond operations efficiently.

• Maintain proper records of all farm-related activities and generate detailed reports for management review.

• Build and sustain effective communication and professional relationships with Forest Division, Fisheries Division, and Tax Departments in both Dhaka and Mymensingh.

• Ensure smooth administrative operations across the farm and related units.

• Maintain accurate documentation and databases using Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Deliver impactful presentations and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
