∎ Drive the business towards achieving profit targets and overall business goals.
∎ Apply in-depth knowledge in fisheries to manage and maintain pond operations efficiently.
∎ Maintain proper records of all farm-related activities and generate detailed reports for management review.
∎ Build and sustain effective communication and professional relationships with Forest Division, Fisheries Division, and Tax Departments in both Dhaka and Mymensingh.
∎ Ensure smooth administrative operations across the farm and related units.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and databases using Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ Deliver impactful presentations and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
