Job Context:

Nabil Feed, a fast-growing concern of Nabil Group of Industries, is engaged in producing premium quality poultry, fish, and cattle feed across Bangladesh. We are looking for some dynamics, result-oriented, and strategic sales manager to lead Fish sales operations, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable growth for the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

·Achieve Fish feed sales targets & monitor dealer performance.

·Enhance dealer network, coverage the gap market & maintain strong relationships with the customers.

·Handle all customer complaints & resolve the issues with supervisor support when needed.

·Submit feed performance reports and market feedback

·Conduct marketing activities, small group meeting (SGM), farmer seminar, campaign and farm visit.

· Analysis the competitor’s policy & feedback to management

·Supervise the sales team & look after day to day activities

Any other relevant assignment given by the management.
