Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• The candidate must be a diploma in Agriculture with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognised institution.

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Age, education and experience will be relaxed for the potential candidate

• Have knowledge of experiment establishment according to guideline

• Have knowledge about plot and lay out preparation, data collection, field management, labor management, computer operating

• Have analytical ability, communication, reporting, field layout, having skill to maintain chemicals spraying and intercultural operation schedule

• Able to work in adverse condition

• Have knowledge on documentation in register properly as per provided formats

• Have knowledge of MS word, excel and internet browsing

• Have to work under pressure

• Prepare land and layout for research plot during the production seasons

• Ensure the plantation research materials (seed and plantlets) in due time

• Maintain the schedule for chemicals spraying and intercultural operation

• Collect data on specific parameters in every after 15 days

• Maintain data register and the register for all kinds of expenditure (such as labour, fertilizer, chemicals and miscellaneous expense)

• Prepare the research materials (seed) in cold storage for continuation of the following seasons

• Prepare reports after end of the experiment

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
