Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Making a good marketing & sales team which team will be lead by a manager.

  2. Researching own products, market and competitor products. The products are Sweet, Curd, Ghee named by Nobanno Sweets under the company of Mono Hatchery Ltd.

  3. Taking challenges to expand the market and increase the sales & profit with brand reputation.

  4. Making and Implementing strategic marketing plans to reach the company goal full filling the monthly and Yearly target smoothly.

  5. Working under pressure to increase the product’s market share both in local area and also in Dhaka City.

  6. Increasing product selling at instant payment and decreasing selling in credit with out changing the selling volume.

  7. Monthly recovering the credit payment in time with out any pending dues.

  8. Developing brand value and product quality by continuous market visit and collecting complains, advices from the buyers and consumers.

  9. Giving daily+ weekly sales, marketing, and credit reports to authority by maintaining proper channel.

  10. Maintaining showroom sales and whole sales full filling monthly and yearly budget. Product wastage will have to be decreased rapidly.
