Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for Day-Old Chick (DOC) products
Lead, manage, and evaluate the performance of the sales and marketing team
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and large poultry farmers across the country
Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to drive business growth
Set sales targets, pricing strategies, and promotional plans aligned with company objectives
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports to Management
Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies for DOC sales
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
