  • Able to work under pressure and handle farm-level challenges·        

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for data entry, analysis, and reporting



Responsibilities & Context:

A Reputed Dairy Farm is looking for an experienced and responsible Veterinary Doctor to manage and improve the health of a large-scale cattle farm . This role requires hands-on farm experience, strong problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work under pressure while ensuring animal health, productivity, and welfare.

·         Plan, organize, and supervise daily farm operations to meet production targets

·         Monitor and maintain proper farm environment including temperature, humidity, ventilation, lighting, water, and feed supply

·         Diagnose, prevent, and treat cattle diseases effectively

·         Develop and implement nutrition and health improvement programs

·         Maintain accurate records of animal health, treatments, and disease outbreaks

·         Prepare regular health reports for project managers and senior management

·         Ensure proper waste management and environmental control within farm premises

·         Train, supervise, and motivate farm workers

·         Build a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement

·         Lead end-of-cycle activities, including shed cleaning, disinfection, and preparation for new intake, ensuring effectiveness through lab testing
