Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, initial HR interviews, and coordinating departmental final evaluations. Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, and headhunting tools beyond traditional job portals. Plan, coordinate, and execute university career fairs, job drives, and youth engagement competitions to build a robust entry-level pipeline. Oversee pre-onboarding documentation and facilitate day-one reporting schedules with internal departments.

  • Responsible for the meticulous management of payroll and leave records, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee compensation and benefits. Proactively monitor employee attendance. Champion a positive work environment by ensuring staff welfare initiatives, including health, safety, and recreational facilities, are effectively implemented. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and seamless onboarding of new joiners to recommending and implementing necessary disciplinary actions.
