Experience:
HSC (Science) or Diploma in Livestock/Agriculture in a relevant discipline is preferable.
Basic computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software.
Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Training in Artificial Insemination (AI) from a reputed organization will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively to contract farming areas.
Experience:
1–2 years of practical experience in Artificial Insemination (AI) and livestock treatment in a relevant field will be preferred.

Job Context
The Junior Officer (Extension Service) is responsible for providing field-level technical support and extension services to dairy and livestock farmers, Artificial Insemination (AI) technicians, dealers, and other stakeholders. The incumbent will promote the company's livestock breeding products and services, disseminate improved livestock management practices, conduct farmer training and awareness programs, and monitor the field performance of breeding and animal health interventions. The role requires regular field visits to strengthen farmer relationships, collect market and technical information, and support the achievement of the company's sales and technical service objectives through effective extension activities.
Job Location: Field work (Anywhere in Bangladesh), according to management requirements.
WORKING CONDITION:
He will be based on extensive travel to the contract growers.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain close communication with contract farmers and conduct regular field visits to all selected Contract Farming (CF) locations.
Visit selected farms under each CF location as required.
Collect updated information on selected animals during each field visit.
Monitor and verify all supplied farm registers and records.
Take photographs of selected cows and farm registers with updated records.
Prepare and maintain Contract Farming registers in the prescribed company format.
Collect progeny information of LTLD-produced bulls, including photographs of the dam and progeny, following the prescribed format.
Record body weight of selected calves at scheduled intervals.
Verify milk production records through field visits.
Perform rectal palpation and pregnancy diagnosis when required.
Coordinate vaccination and treatment programs in consultation with the company veterinarian.
Maintain effective liaison with selected AI Service Providers (AISPs) and other service providers whenever necessary.
Organize farmer meetings, awareness programs, and training sessions.
Prepare and submit field visit reports to management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
