Experience
2–3 years of experience in store or warehouse management in relevant field is preferable.

Job Context
The Store Keeper is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, preservation, issuance, documentation, and inventory control of all livestock-related materials, including animal feed, veterinary medicines, vaccines, semen, liquid nitrogen (LN₂), farm consumables, equipment, spare parts, chemicals, office supplies, and other company assets. The role ensures uninterrupted farm operations through proper stock management while maintaining compliance with company policies, quality standards, and biosecurity requirements.
Job Location: Farm office, Uthura, Bhaluka,Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inspection
Receive all materials, equipment, medicines, vaccines, feed ingredients, packaging materials, and farm consumables.
Verify delivered quantities and specifications against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans, and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
Inspect received items for quality, expiry date, damage, and compliance with purchase specifications.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately to management.
Storage Management
Arrange all materials systematically using proper identification, labeling, and storage methods.
Maintain separate storage areas for feed, veterinary medicines, vaccines, semen, chemicals, and hazardous materials.
Ensure proper temperature, cleanliness, ventilation, and biosecurity within the store.
Store temperature-sensitive products according to manufacturer recommendations.
Inventory Control
Maintain accurate stock records in manual registers and/or ERP/software.
Update stock transactions immediately after every receipt and issue of all goods including Ln2.
Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
Ensure First-In, First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) principles are followed where applicable.
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual stock verification.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
Every monthly/quarterly/yearly Inventory statement prepare and report to management.
Any assignment given by the higher authority / management
