Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Ag.), Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Protection, Agricultural Extension, or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of crop production and plant protection
Understanding of seed technologies and pesticide products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and relationship management abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in field-based assignments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to prepare reports and analyze sales data.Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for seeds and pesticide products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key farmers
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in assigned territories
Conduct regular field visits to monitor crop conditions and recommend suitable products to farmers
Organize farmer meetings, field demonstrations, crop seminars, and promotional campaigns
Provide technical guidance on seed selection, pesticide application, crop protection, and integrated pest management (IPM)
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends
Ensure product availability and proper merchandising at dealer and retailer outlets
Collect customer feedback and report market intelligence to management
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market activity reports
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to agricultural inputs
Build and maintain a positive company image among customers and stakeholders
