1. Lead the overall management of the tea estate, ensuring operational excellence, productivity, and profitability.

2. Plan and supervise all plantation activities, including nursery, planting, pruning, fertilization, pest & disease control, and sustainable cultivation.

3. Coordinate with the factory to ensure efficient tea manufacturing, quality assurance, and timely production.

4. Prepare and monitor annual business plans, budgets, production targets, and operational performance.

5. Optimize estate resources through effective cost control and efficient utilization of manpower and assets.

6. Lead, develop, and manage estate employees while maintaining sound industrial relations.

7. Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, Tea Plantation Labour Rules, environmental regulations, and company policies.

8. Oversee estate infrastructure, machinery, vehicles, and other operational assets.

9. Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, local administration, and other stakeholders.

10. Prepare periodic operational, financial, and management reports for senior management.
