Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure daily operation, prevent & conduct maintenace of all machineries.
Implement checking & reviewing of all Comparative Statement (CS) & also URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, BOQ & IPQC Equipment.
Decision making of any modification, development & repairing in the plant, approve leave, attendance & duty schedule and communicating with TSD & Suppliers.
Check & approve monthly maintenance bill, requisition of spare parts.
Ensure appropriate compliance of cGMP & maintenance training program.
