  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and team management capability.

Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement institutional sales strategies to achieve business targets.

  • Promote feed additives, premixes, nutritional products, and related solutions to feed mills and corporate customers.

  • Build strong relationships with feed manufacturers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and key stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, seminars, and customer meetings.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and competitor analysis.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends and recommend business development initiatives.

  • Maintain proper documentation and timely reporting to management.
