Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Auto Rice Mill

• Minimum SSC/HSC

• Candidates with Boiled Milling Certification/Training will be given preference.

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the boiled milling section to ensure continuous and efficient production.

• Monitor milling quality, grain output and machine performance throughout the production cycle.

• Ensure proper functioning, calibration and cleaning of milling machinery and coordinate routine maintenance.

• Lead and guide operating staff, distribute tasks and ensure adherence to production standards.

• Maintain accurate production records, daily logs and operational reports.

• Ensure consistent product quality, hygiene and safety standards throughout the production process.

• Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes and take immediate corrective actions.

• Collaborate with the Quality Control, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to maintain smooth production flow.
