Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Auto Rice Mill

• Minimum SSC/HSC

• Candidates with Atop Milling Certification/Training will be given preference.

• Strong understanding of boiler operation, maintenance and safety standards.

• Ability to handle machinery efficiently and solve technical issues.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and work ethic.

• Supervise and manage all daily activities in the milling section to ensure smooth production operations.

• Monitor milling processes, grain quality and overall output efficiency.

• Ensure proper operation, adjustment and maintenance of milling machinery.

• Lead and guide milling operators, assign tasks and ensure compliance with production standards.

• Maintain detailed production reports, daily logs and machine performance records.

• Ensure strict adherence to product quality, hygiene and safety standards.

• Identify operational challenges, troubleshoot issues and take timely corrective actions.

• Coordinate with Quality Control, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to support uninterrupted production flow.
