Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Auto Rice Mill

• Minimum SSC/HSC

• Candidates with Parboiler & Dryer Certification/Training will be given preference.

•Strong understanding of boiler operation, maintenance and safety standards.

•Ability to handle machinery efficiently and solve technical issues.

•Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

•Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and work ethic.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the parboiling and drying section to ensure smooth and efficient production.

• Monitor and control moisture levels, steaming process, heat distribution, and drying cycles.

• Ensure proper functioning of all parboiler and dryer machinery and coordinate timely maintenance.

• Supervise production staff, assign tasks and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.

• Maintain production records, batch reports and daily operational logs.

• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines and hygiene protocols.

• Identify operational issues, troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with the Quality Control, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
