Context
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Saidpur Enterprises, providing visionary leadership and ensuring the effective implementation of strategic goals. The CEO will oversee all production, export, financial, and administrative functions, ensuring the organization’s growth, compliance, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction in line with the organization’s mission and goals.
Oversee export operations, finance, and administration to ensure efficiency and high-quality performance.
Lead business growth initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh company laws, WFTO standards, and other regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, regulatory authorities, and partners.
Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous learning among staff.
Represent the organization in national and international forums, media, and community engagements.
Oversee recruitment, performance management, and staff development initiatives.
