Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain recruitment, selection, and placement of required Workers & Non-Management Staff as per approved HRP.
  • Prepare & update organogram, vacancy list and factory manpower setup.
  • Arrange paper advertisements, banners/posters, handbills, and other methods for vacancy announcements.
  • Create and maintain a CV bank for Worker & NMS positions; collect CVs from multiple sources.
  • Arrange & Complete all recruitment & selection formalities, Final Placement and hand over documents for entry in HRMS software.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews, analyze findings, and take initiatives to resolve identified issues and Handle employee motivation, mentoring, relations, and discipline as per company policy.
  • Prepare & update Job Descriptions for Workers and NMS employees.
  • Conduct performance appraisal for workers and non-management staff and ensure proper entry of promotion/increment in HRMS.
  • Assist in Human Development initiatives & Maintain training & learning activities based on TNA and ensure implementation as per annual training calendar.
  • Follow up leave management, medical support, and supervisory HR functions.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with all HR & administrative policies, guidelines, and office circulars issued by Corporate HR.
  • Maintain & update workers’ and NMS personal files with all required documents.
  • Ensure proper issuance of appointment letters, Prepare Transfer Notes & Transfer Letters and keep the database updated, Maintain & update HRIS and generate HR reports
  • Monitor worker grievances and take necessary action in coordination with senior officials.
  • Assist in maintaining healthy industrial relations and handle industrial disputes proactively.
  • Maintain safety, security, compliance, and welfare standards of the factory.
  • Support celebration of national days, special events, worker engagement programs, welfare activities, and awareness sessions.
  • Manage meeting rooms, training rooms,
  • Coordinate transport management , Monitor canteen operations.
