Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Product Analysis (Sample Analysis- Plan vs Actual).
Handle Raw material follow up and Prepare all embellishment plan (Print/Embroidery and Wash) based on line plan.
Follow up the line plan & distribute to concerned factory head.
Provide data to Management Information System (MIS) team to update all the data in the Fast React (FR) if it requires.
Learn the planning software as well the business process and prepare reports as per the requirements.
Ensure FR event with merchandiser and monitor order status, regular schedule meeting with Merchandising and Textile Division.
Build up relation with Merchandising and Production people for smooth operation and shipment.
Review Production Plan with Capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment.
Daily follow up for Sewing Line feeding and ensure monthly Sales target. If miss the Sales, Propose the alternate way to hit the sales target.
Execute and monitor the monthly production and Sales target.
