Responsibilities & Context:
Execute production planning and batch scheduling.
Follow up the schedule maintains of machines.
Ensure substandard batch and arrange programs.
Adjust lab to bulk recipe, lab dip shade, dyeing process with concern PM.
Prepare daily dyeing program according to actual TOD.
Check individual batch costing in absence of PM.
Check fabric quality of every first batch of each color the given permission for next batches dyeing.
Observe and maintain sedo-master program.
Motivate and inspire the production people to give their best output ensuring required quality.
Check the daily production report.
Prepare list of batches of Walmart for shade approval from buying house.
Follow up daily unloaded batch and Dry unloaded batches within 12 hours
Follow up daily heat set program and batch preparation according to the program.
Follow up the order sheet according to color and quantity before preparing batch for dyeing
