Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Lead training & development programs to upgrade employee skills.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.
Monitor performance appraisal processes and KPI evaluation.
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits management.
Manage employee engagement activities and workplace culture.
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
