Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Manage and lead the sales team, assign targets, and monitor daily performance.
Expand distribution networks and ensure product availability in all outlets.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility, merchandising, and pricing compliance.
Prepare sales forecasts, route plans, and performance reports.
Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Train and motivate the sales team for better productivity.
Ensure achievement of coverage, volume, and collection goals.
