Responsibilities & Context:

Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd., a 100% Export Oriented Enterprise located in Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Officer – Recruitment. The Officer – Recruitment will be part of the Human Capital Management (HCM) Department and will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the right talent to support organizational growth. This position requires strong communication skills (English & Bangla), a solid understanding of recruitment processes, good negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional networks with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify recruitment needs by reviewing manpower plans and consulting with hiring managers.

  • Build applicant pipelines through partnerships with educational institutes, agencies, and online platforms.

  • Prepare and post job advertisements and actively source candidates through various channels.

  • Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants based on job requirements and organizational needs.

  • Coordinate interview schedules with departments and support the candidate assessment process.

  • Manage onboarding and induction programs, ensuring a smooth joining experience for new hires.

  • Maintain liaison with local institutions and organize talent hunt or internship programs.

  • Ensure legal and organizational compliance in all recruitment activities and documentation.

  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen employer branding and recruitment effectiveness.

  • Perform Different HR activities based of business demand.
