• Strong experience in C# with ASP.NET Core / Web API, including exposure to Clean Architecture, Microservices, and Dapper (Entity Framework knowledge is a plus).

• Solid experience in relational database design, MS SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, and query optimization.

• Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS; Power BI (PBI) will be considered an added advantage.

• Excellent proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, data structures, and clean coding principles.

• Experience working with UI component libraries such as Syncfusion; familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.) is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with PHP CodeIgniter framework, including MVC architecture, database-driven applications, API integration, and frontend implementation using Bootstrap.

• Experience with mobile application development (Android and/or iOS) is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

• Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies, SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and version control systems (Git).

• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

Responsibilities & Context:

Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd. is seeking skilled and proactive Officer / Senior Officer – IT (Programmer) to manage ongoing automation and application development projects, ensure timely delivery, and provide system enhancement, maintenance, and troubleshooting support. The role requires strong backend and frontend development capabilities, database expertise, and adherence to modern software architecture and development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications and RESTful APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Clean Architecture, and Microservices principles.

• Implement efficient data access layers using Dapper and/or Entity Framework, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Design, optimize, and maintain MS SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS and support Power BI–based reporting initiatives when required.

• Build responsive and user-friendly frontends using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and UI libraries such as Syncfusion; maintain PHP CodeIgniter applications where applicable.

• Support mobile application integration (Android/iOS) by developing and maintaining backend APIs and data synchronization mechanisms.

• Follow OOP principles, clean coding standards, Git-based version control, and Agile/Scrum practices while continuously adopting new technologies and best practices.
