Education:

Responsibilities & Context:
Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd, a 100% export-oriented company situated in Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari, is inviting applications for the position of Officer – IQC (Marking and Cutting). This role is critical in optimizing material utilization, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring quality compliance in leather cutting and nesting operations.
Job Responsibilities
• Inspected incoming leather to identify defects and select proper cutting areas.
• Created efficient nesting layouts using auto-nesting software to maximize yield.
• Operated and adjusted automatic leather cutting machines for accurate cutting.
• Checked cut parts for correct shape, size, color, and defect-free quality.
• Monitored machine performance and handled basic troubleshooting.
• Supervised operators and supported daily cutting production activities.
• Prepared daily production and yield reports for management.
• Coordinated with IQC, Production, PE, and Warehouse for smooth workflow.
• Maintained compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
