• Diploma in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, and Leather Engineering are preferred.

• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Context:

Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd. is seeking proactive and experienced Leather Factory Supervisor for Production Dept. to oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow in our manufacturing facility. This role involves leading the production team, ensuring product quality, managing resources efficiently, and upholding safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct daily production activities, ensuring targets and deadlines are met efficiently.

• Monitor product quality to align with company standards and customer expectations.

• Lead, train, and motivate production staff, addressing performance issues and fostering a productive work environment.

• Manage inventory levels of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production while avoiding overstocking.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations, maintain a secure working environment, and uphold Lean management principles for continuous improvement and efficiency.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, downtime, and operational challenges.
