• Must be an MBA student from a reputed university who has completed his/ her academic study semesters preferably who would like to build their career in manufacturing industry in northern region of the country.

• Must be available for a minimum internship period of 03-month with a maximum duration of 04 months.

• Strong academic performance and relevant coursework in auditing, finance, or business management are preferred.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute.

Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd, a 100% export-oriented enterprise in Uttara EPZ of Nilphamari, is seeking motivated interns to join our Internal Audit (IA) Department. During this internship program, you will gain hands-on experience in monitoring, analyzing, and verifying various internal processes, contributing to audits, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop key skills in internal auditing, data analysis, and process improvement.

• Periodically monitor and analyze individual organizational objectives using lean tool - Hoshin Kanri targets to ensure accuracy in performance results.

• Balance daily work volumes by verifying background data and information related to PI and PO, which will then be checked by IA colleagues.

• Assist in various types of audits, including inventory, assets, and package audits, ensuring compliance and verifying post-audit improvements.

• Perform rotational checks of physical documentation against background data to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the year.
