Responsibilities & Context:

The Jr. Executive / Executive, HR Operations will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions, maintaining accurate employee records and supporting core HR operational processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills and the ability to coordinate with employees and departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Documentation & Record Management

  • Maintain, update, and organize employee personal files and HR documentation (physical & digital).

  • Ensure timely filing of letters, contracts, forms, agreements and all HR-related documents in compliance with company policies.

  • Support digital archiving and database management initiatives.

HR Processes & Compliance

  • Re-engineer and simplify HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, compliance etc.) with a focus on clarity and digital-first practices.

  • Assist in executing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, communication and employee experience.

  • Ensure that HR policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements are followed across all HR operations.

HR Communication & Document Preparation

  • Prepare official HR documents including office orders, memos, show-cause notices, warning letters and others as required.

  • Draft routine HR communication for internal circulation and support corporate communication as needed.

HRIS & Data Management

  • Track daily attendance, leave records, late arrivals, and employee movements; ensure accurate and timely data entry in HRIS/HR software.

  • Monitor and update employee master database, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate monthly HR reports e.g- leave, attendance summaries, joiners/exits, and other operational reports.

  • Ensure timely submission of HR reports to management.
