The company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance customer experience, and improve service delivery and efficiency, with a focus on managing digital platforms.
Job Context
To plan, coordinate, and execute domestic and international holiday packages while ensuring high-quality customer service, vendor coordination and smooth tour operations in line with company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Holiday & Tour Operations
Design, cost, and execute domestic and international holiday packages (group and customized tours).
Handle end-to-end tour operations including itinerary planning, hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, and tour logistics.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other vendors to secure competitive rates and quality services.
Prepare tour quotations, proposals, costing sheets, and itineraries for clients and corporate accounts.
Ensure timely issuance of vouchers, tickets, and travel documents.
Customer Service & Sales Support
Handle customer inquiries related to holiday packages via phone, email, and walk-in.
Provide professional consultation on destinations, visas, travel requirements, and best travel options.
Manage pre-travel, during-travel, and post-travel customer support and handle complaints or service issues effectively.
Assist sales team in closing holiday packages and achieving revenue targets.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure accuracy of travel documents, visas, insurance, and tour confirmations.
Maintain proper records of bookings, invoices, vendor contracts, and customer files.
Ensure compliance with airline, embassy, and tourism authority regulations.
Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with internal teams and external partners for smooth tour execution.
Monitor tour performance, service quality, and customer feedback.
Prepare operational reports, booking summaries, and management updates.
