Alfamart, a leading Indonesian international convenience store chain and one of the largest in its home country, is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited, under the name Alfamart Trading Bangladesh. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Training Coordinator (Officer- Level) to oversee and coordinate all functions in close collaboration with both the Indonesian project team and local stakeholders.
Job Purpose:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, scheduling and supporting all training and development programs within the organization. This role ensures smooth facilitation of training activities, maintains training data and works closely with trainers, employees and department heads to ensure effective learning delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs
Communicate training schedules, invitations and reminders to participants
Arrange training venues, materials, equipment and logistics
Conduct basic orientation training for the store/outlet manager and crew.
Support trainers with all required administrative assistance
Maintain updated training calendars and training dashboards
Track employee participation, attendance and completion records
Prepare and distribute training materials, manuals and documentation
Manage training-related communications and follow-ups
Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports for management
Collect and analyze training feedback and evaluation forms
Assist in identifying training needs across departments
Help develop training plans, programs and annual training schedules
Support onboarding programs and orientation sessions for new employees
Manage training-related purchase requests, quotations, and payments
Ensure timely confirmation and documentation for outsourced training
