Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university

• IAB registration preferred

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design.

• Experience in industrial, commercial, or large-scale projects preferred.

• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD or BricsCAD.

• Working knowledge of 3D software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max – added optionally).

• Sound understanding of building codes, construction methods and authority approval processes, including RAJUK rules and DAP requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development and preparation of drawings

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings with Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams

• Prepare, review, and approve working drawings, shop drawings, and authority submission drawings

• Coordinate statutory approvals with RAJUK, Fire Service & Civil Defense, DOE, DIFE, and other relevant authorities

• Support site teams with design clarifications, revisions, and coordination

• Maintain drawing standards, documentation, and version control

• Report design progress, issues, and risks to the Project Manager / Head of Department
