Minimum MBA/ Master’s degree major in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 to 8 years of experience in HR from reputed organization with a minimum 3 year’s experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in multi-subsidiary or group companies is preferred.
Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HR software (Odoo and SAP S/4 Hana in HCM will be preferred).
Excellent communication skill in speaking, writing & email in both English & Bangla.
Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle high-volume hiring with accuracy, speed and professionalism.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to present data-driven insights.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and process-driven mindset.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
The Recruitment Specialist will lead the full-cycle recruitment function for all subsidiaries and departments under the Group. This role is responsible for manpower planning, sourcing, talent pipeline development, process optimization and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, strategic and capable of managing large-scale, multi-business recruitment operations with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all subsidiaries, including vacancy assessment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and final onboarding.
Conduct job analysis and collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Ensure high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and structured process handling.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Source candidates through job portals, attend job fair, social media channels, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, internal referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs.
Conduct market mapping for critical positions and monitor competitor talent trends.
Manpower Planning & Strategic Hiring
Work closely with department heads and senior management to understand business expansion needs and forecast manpower requirements.
Support the preparation and execution of annual recruitment and workforce planning.
Review and optimize recruitment workflows to align with organizational goals.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, selection ratio, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide periodic updates to HR leadership and top management.
Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose data-driven solutions.
Recruitment Operations & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of job postings, candidate databases, interview assessments and hiring documentation.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements related to recruitment documentation.
Prepare offer letters, recruitment communication, and coordinate pre-joining formalities with HR Operations.
Recruitment Technology & Continuous Improvement
Develop and implement modern recruitment tools, ATS workflows and digital hiring practices to improve efficiency.
Introduce innovative sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and tech-enabled hiring solutions.
Keep updated with industry best practices in hiring and recommend improvements.
