    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Advance training on HRM will be preferred

Responsibilities & Context:

HR & ERP Management

  • Maintain new employees’ personal files and update all HR-related information in ERP.

  • Process increment, promotion, transfer, and other HR changes in ERP.

  • Handle disciplinary and grievance issues in compliance with labor law.

  • Assist in conducting annual and periodic performance appraisals for all employees.

  • Prepare all kinds of HR letters and documents including office orders, show cause letters, NOC, and investigation reports.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular HR reports for management related to staffing, turnover, and other key insights.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant positions, ensuring timely hiring and reducing vacancy periods.

Administration

  • Ensure optimum utilization of human resources by maintaining 100% efficiency in plant operations.

  • Manage administrative budgets and support cost-optimization initiatives.

  • Develop and implement HR, Admin & Compliance-related policies and procedures.

  • Maintain smooth coordination with all departments, plant units, and head office.

  • Prepare and submit corrective action plans for compliance audit findings as per buyer requirements.

  • Plan, schedule, and organize office events, trainings, meetings, orientations, and interviews.

  • Work closely with safety officers to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Compliance

  • Face all compliance audits confidently and effectively.

  • Prepare, update, and maintain all compliance-related documentation.

  • Manage employee health & hygiene, safety & security, labor-management relations, and overall campus cleanliness (inside and outside buildings).

  • Ensure regular follow-up on compliance standards as required by buyers and regulatory bodies.
