Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Designs and develops product samples in alignment with buyer specifications, ensuring timely follow-up throughout the sampling process.
∎ Plans and oversees trial production, proactively identifying and resolving any production-related issues to ensure smooth execution.
∎ Creates accurate sample patterns for a wide range of styles, ensuring technical feasibility and design integrity.
∎ Conducts thorough sample quality control inspections and maintains detailed documentation for reference and compliance purposes.
∎ Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, leveraging digital tools to support design visualization and technical development.
∎ Plans and sources appropriate materials for new design samples, considering quality, cost, and lead time.
∎ Applies expert pattern correction techniques to achieve precision, production compatibility, and cost efficiency within tight timelines.
