Responsibilities & Context:
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals,

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding,

  • Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans,

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations,

  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments,

  • Prepare and share compliance checklists with relevant departments,

  • Conduct workers’ orientation and compliance-related employee training (PPE, BSCI, harassment prevention, chemical handling, worker rights, anti-corruption, mid-level management, PC member training, etc.),

  • Handle internal compliance activities, assess risks, and develop management strategies,

  • Coordinate training schedules and handle employee grievances,

  • Perform daily floor visits to check housekeeping and compliance matters,

  • Prepare for and face third-party compliance audits confidently.
