Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support HR operations, compliance, and employee management in our hanger manufacturing facility. Candidates with experience in BEPZA procedures and global buyer audit requirements will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, onboarding, and employee records.

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the relevant system.

  • Ensure HR activities follow BEPZA rules and regulations.

  • Maintain employee personal files, ID cards, and HR-related registers.

  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards (attrition rate, absenteeism, overtime summary).

  • Support global buyer social compliance, audit readiness, corrective actions, and documentation.

  • Assist in recruitment, shortlisting, interview coordination, and new hire induction.

  • Implement and monitor workplace policies: disciplinary procedures, safety rules, welfare activities, etc.

  • Conduct periodic training sessions on safety, and workplace ethics.

  • Prepare HR reports, monthly manpower status, and compliance-related dashboards.

  • Support employee grievance handling and ensure positive employee relations.

  • Maintain environmental data as per global requirements.
