Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Experience in a Hospital, Clinic, or Healthcare setting is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of medical rosters and shift management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office and HR Management Software (HRIS).
High level of empathy, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations.
