Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (Preferred).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or a similar field.
  • Educational requirements may be relaxed for outstanding candidates.

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

HR Documentation & KPI Record Management

  • Maintain, update, and organize employee identity-related personal files and HR documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of letters, contracts, forms, agreements, and all HR-related documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Processes & Compliance Management

  • Assist in creating and simplifying HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, and compliance, with a focus on clarity and digital-first practices.
  • Support the execution of onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring complete documentation, communication, and a smooth employee experience within the organization.
  • Create and implement HR compliance policies throughout the organization.

Communication, Document Preparation, and Handling

  • Prepare official HR documents, including office orders, memos, show-cause notices, warning letters, and any other documents required for maintaining optimal HR practices across the organization.
  • Support, handle, and comply with corporate communications as needed.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting employee income tax statements in compliance with Bangladesh Income Tax regulations.
  • Support monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, allowances, and statutory adjustments.
  • Assist in managing VAT-related documentation and records in accordance with the national guidelines. 
  • Maintain proper records of tax filings, VAT returns, payroll sheets, and related supporting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support the timely submission of tax and VAT reports to relevant authorities, ensuring deadlines are met. 
  • Assist in responding to tax, VAT, or payroll-related queries from employees and management.

Data Management for HR and Admin

  • Track and maintain daily attendance, leave records, and late arrivals, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the HR system.
  • Update and manage employee master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and generate monthly HR reports such as attendance summaries, leave reports, new joiners, exits, and other operational HR metrics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of HR reports to management.
