WPXPO is seeking motivated and qualified 𝐉𝐫. 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞(𝐬) to manage and grow its diverse software portfolio.

𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Lead and support business operations to build and maintain a strong online brand presence

• Communicate with influencers for brand expansion

Build partnerships with communities on social and relevant platforms

• Develop a deep understanding of WPXPO’s products and effectively communicate their value to the online community

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, consistent internal and external communication

• Acquire, manage, and maintain client relationships for custom software and development projects

• Work closely with the marketing team to support sales growth and lead conversion

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Working knowledge of the WordPress CMS platform is a bonus

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); IELTS 7.0 / PTE 70 preferred

• Proven ability to manage online communications professionally

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound communications

• Background or exposure to sales-related roles is an added advantage

• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

• 1-2 years of experience in business development or a similar type of role.
