The Manager/Sr. Manager – HR & Admin will lead the entire HR & Administrative function of Miniso Bangladesh Ltd., ensuring alignment with Miniso Global HR standards and the local business needs. This role oversees HR strategy, manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and corporate administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
A. HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Miniso Bangladesh business objectives.
Lead HR planning, budgeting, and departmental KPIs.
Ensure alignment with Miniso Global HR policies.
B. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
Prepare yearly manpower budgets and store staffing plans.
Lead recruitment for corporate and retail roles, ensuring timely hiring.
C. Performance Management
Lead the annual performance appraisal process.
Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
D. Employee Relations & Compliance
Maintain a legally compliant and harmonious workplace.
Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act and relevant regulations.
E. Training & Development
Identify training needs and implement structured learning programs.
Ensure structured onboarding for store and corporate employees.
F. Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR MIS systems.
Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
G. Administration & Facility Management
Oversee office administration, procurement, travel management, and vendor management.
Maintain office safety, security, and compliance procedures.
H. HR Operations & Systems
Ensure accurate HRIS/MIS reporting, attendance, and leave management.
Implement digital HR solutions aligned with Miniso’s global practices.
